Former Women’s Champion Trish Stratus has paid homage to Victoria and her retirement, saying that it marks the end of yet another diva era. She has said that Victoria continuously raised the bar in the world of Women’s Wrestling, and that it was an honour to have worked with her.

Trish Stratus has posted a blog on WWE Universe where she talks of various diva eras, and what an honour it has been for her to be a part of it. Fans have paid tribute to Victoria, and the fun-loving diva will be sorely missed by many. “And so goodbye and best wishes to Victoria,” says Trish. “You were part of a special time that brought joy and entertainment to millions – a toast to the widow’s peak freak!”
