RAW

On the 30th of June during Monday night RAW, thirty veterans and wounded soldiers will be special guests of the WWE. The show will be aired live from the Ford Centre in Oklahoma City and will be a night to remember for the brave war heroes.

Beth Phoenix Jim J.R. Ross who has been a WWE Hall of Fame announcer helped to organise the event and has said that it is an honour for the WWE to “play a small role in helping these war veterans who have been wounded in action”. They are hoping to give the soldiers a great evening of distraction as special guests of the World Wrestling Entertainment.
The WWE was recently awarded the Corporate Patriot Award for their continued support of the United States military. The WWE has long been giving war recruits free tickets to watch the wrestling games across the country when the tickets have not been sold out. Their continued support of the brave war heroes fighting for the country has not gone unrecognised.
